NZTRIP agents

Upon completion of this form, it is hereby agrees as follows:-

1) KENDER SAFEDESTI ENTERPRISE (KSE) shall on behalf of our Principal, NZ WORLD TOURS AND TRAVELS SDN BHD hereby authorise establish Agent stated herewith (in this agreement form) for booking airline tickets by providing access to NZTRIP OTA online portal at a business-to-business level.

2) The Agent stated herewith desires to obtain the right to operate the NZTRIP OTA platform travel and tour operator business and to adopt and use the business operations in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions of our Principal.

3) This agreement shall commence upon execution and shall continue thereafter unless terminated in accordance with its terms for an initial of two(2) years, subject to our discretion of renewal.

4) The Agent shall actively engage based on an annual sales amount. Targeting a minimum of RM10,000 and above for a period of 12 months. In the event the agent fails to meet these "Specified Targets", we shall reserve the right to terminate this agreement. However, the creation and activities of the agent can be considerable, subject to the approval of our Principal.

5) During continuance of this agreement, the agent shall agrees as follows:-

a) not to sell, assign, transfer, charge or sub-licence the business, the System, or Proprietary Marks or any intellectual property rights nor any part thereof without the prior written consent of our Principal.

b) not to do or omit to do, permit or suffer any act or thing which may in the sole opinion of our Principal bringing the business or the Proprietary Marks into disrespute or which may in our Principal damage or conflict with the interests of our Principal's business, and

c) not to use any of the Proprietary Marks of our Principal as part of its corporate name without prior written approval form our Principal 

By submitting this agreement form, the Agent stated herewith solely agrees on all the terms and condition stated as above.
