For the past 32 years, Ghana has been governed by the NPP and NDC since the return to constitutional rule in 1992. Despite this long period, Ghana has struggled to progress and, in many areas, has even regressed. If we compare this to countries like Malaysia, which gained independence on August 31, 1957, and Singapore, which gained theirs on August 9, 1965, both nations have developed rapidly and surpassed us.
Now, both the NPP and NDC are asking for another chance to govern, but after 32 years of underdevelopment, how can they promise to make significant progress in just four more years? If they couldn't develop Ghana in three decades, why should we trust them again? If we continue on this path, we may face severe consequences, like having to import water from other countries as our natural resources and rivers are destroyed.
It’s time to make a change. Let’s give NANA KWAME BEDIAKO and The New Force a chance to lead and see what he can do. If he fails, we can vote him out as well. But for now, we must choose a different path for Ghana’s future.
