Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels.

Payments: Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept Ecocash USD, cash USD & RANDS payments.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.

Travel and Conduct

1. Check-In: Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

2. Luggage: Passengers are allowed one piece of checked luggage and one carry-on item. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.

3. Behavior: Passengers must comply with all instructions from the bus crew and conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner.

Liability

2. Delays and Cancellations: We strive to adhere to schedules but are not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Safety: Passengers must follow all safety regulations and procedures. Brooklyn Express is not liable for injuries caused by non-compliance.
