This Professional Certificate is issued by University Malaya Centre for Continued Education (UM).

Entry Requirement
- SPM 3 credits, or
- Any other qualifications equivalent or approved by the programmed panel, or
- Recognized basic degree in any discipline, recognized by any local/public universities or public colleges.
Participants who may not possess the above qualification but may have relevant experience are welcome to apply, subject to panel's approval.
